Shipping & Returns

Returns: We strive to describe our products accurately. We do not make false or vague claims and we list all ingredients used in the manufacture. Although we are very confident in our products and service, we realize that sometimes your needs may change, the product may have been damaged in transit, or there may have been a mistake in the order fulfillment.

Return Shipping
  1. You MUST contact us for a Return Authorization within 30 days of delivery before returning any item. When referencing your order please use the order number provided on your receipt or the Purchaser's Name if received as gift.
  2. Returned items must be in new condition. Because of sanitary regulations, we cannot accept used personal care (soaps, lip balms, body oils, etc.) or bedding (pillows) for refund. If items are used, damaged after shipping, or retail packaging and contents are not intact, no refund will be issued. PLEASE INSPECT THE ORDER UPON RECEIPT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT MEETS YOUR STANDARDS.
  3. Place the items in the original cardboard shipping box as it arrived if available (or a new shipping box) and securely tape it closed. Tape the label provided by our returns department to the outside of the box or use a UPS/Fedex/USPS label with the return address exactly as provided.
  4. Return shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable once an item has shipped unless we shipped in error or the product was defective. If we ship you merchandise but did not charge you shipping, the standard outbound shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund amount. We incur freight expenses on all orders.

Defective Products: If a product is defective when received, we will ship a replacement and arrange to pick up the defective merchandise at no cost to you.

Upon receipt and processing, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be completely processed. We will send email notification when we have processed the refund, but it may take additional time for your credit card company to issue the refund.
