Twinkle Toes

Saturday, March 26th, 2011

With warm weather quickly approaching (and then sometimes retreating…), our feet begin to demand a bit more of our attention. Open-toe shoes, flip-flops, beach time, playing footsie underneath a table, and so on, it’s about time we pamper our feet and get them ready for prime-time so people don’t recoil in horror at them when we take our shoes off.

Our Organic Rosemary & Mint Foot Scrub goes a long, long way to curbing any embarrassment that you might experience.  Our scrub is nice and thick so you only need a small amount each time.   Because it’s thick, it’s easy to work with, meaning that it doesn’t fall off in big clumps as you’re trying to scrub.  It’s no fun wasting stuff, after all.  This amazing scrub is filled with sea salt and lots of organic cornmeal, shea butter, coconut oil, and smells great enough to fix the stinkiest feet. It leaves your feet super-soft and ready for some exquiste and non-toxic polishes.

So, what are you waitin’ for?

Our Organic Soaps are getting a little bit of a facelift.  Of course, all these gorgeous new labels are printed with veggie inks on 100% Post-consumer wast recycled paper.  We’re just waiting on these to get back from the printer. It’s like waiting for a letter (or email or text) from a betrothed… In short, waiting is hard for us.  Here are a few of our faves, designed by the extraordinary Katrina Gelino:

I’m a little rusty…

Bear with me here.  I’ve taken almost a 3 month break from updating the blog.  We were doing a lot of work on our site and I kept putting the blog off til I finished with other things and well, a week turned into a month and that turned into 3 months.  I’m still trying to figure out the new format (we were using blogspot before) and the look isn’t quite right yet, but eventually it will be good to go.   In the meantime, hopefully everyone’s had a great summer.   I’ve been to the beach exactly one time and was run off by pesky sand flies.  I’ll try again, though.
